3-D Home Architect allows users to simulate floor plans taken from professional blueprints»which can also be made using the software»as well as to do a number of other conceptual building strategies, such as these that follow:
-Customize spatial arrangement, placing furniture and fixture (from the symbol set included) the user builds--about the speculated locations on the plan. Group items according to symmetry or interior design need, or set up items for link placement/movement.
-Create and establish window and door schedules.
-Designate elevation views.
-Design and establish electrical, HVAC, and plumbing plans, and use HVAC symbols for designing heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning plans.
